How do I configure Outlook?

To configure Outlook, you should download the Outlook Profile Helper from your Mailbox Manager.

To log into your Mailbox Manager, open Internet Explorer and go to:

Then follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your Outlook program is closed. 
  2. Make sure that the MyMailboxManager (My Services) radio button is selected. 
  3. Enter your email address and password. 
  4. Click Login. 
  5. On the Welcome page, find the link that says "Run Outlook Profile Helper (Setup Wizard)" and click on it. 
  6. Click Run when prompted. 
  7. Minimize or close Internet Explorer. We are done with it for now. 
  8. In the Outlook Profile Helper window, enter your email address and password for this mailbox. The email address may already be filled in for you. 
  9. Click Save Password if you would like Outlook to remember your password. 
  10. Click Next. 
  11.  The wizard should then configure your Outlook and congratulate you when it is complete. Click Open Outlook, and you done. 
  12.  Outlook will open and connect directly to your mailbox and begin syncing your email, calendar, contacts, and tasks.
